Day 14
So it has been 2 weeks of diet and excersise and i weighed myself, i know i should not have but i did. I am now at 304.5 pounds. So in the past 2 weeks i have lost almost 10 pounds. I can tell that i have been losing weight which is encuraging. I need to get back to blogging more. lol
So what did i have today to eat
breakfast:
1 1/2 cup Rasin Bran (Post)
3/4 cup of whole Milk <-----it should have been skim or 1% but my wife bought the wrong one
Snack:
Apple
Lunch:
2 small lowfat yogarts (1.5g fat each)
1 bowl of chicken noodle soup w. crackers (12g fat)
Snack:
small low fat frozen yogart icecream cone (2g fat)
12 oz unsweet tea
Dinner:
Chicken w/ noodles (6g fat)
Pear
sm yogart (1.5g fat)
I have ben trying to keep my fat intake at arround 30g and my calories arround 2000. I think what will help me beat the lat night cravings is going to bed early. I uusualy goto bed arroun 11-12 at night. This leavs me craving anouther late night snack at arround 9 or so. With me getting up at 5 am, a 9pm bed time might not be such a bad idea.
