My First Entry

I have created this blog so I can peronaly track my progress over time, tward a goal. My goal is to first and formost to change my life style so that i can inprove and extend my quility of life. Seconld i want to be example for my famly members.
My imedit goals i have to meausre my proggress are:
* Reduse my weight to 180 lb
* Be able to run 3+ miles
* Develop and daily rutine that envolves excesise.
* Excersice daily
* Change my diet to one that is more healthy

Hight: 5' 10" (there is a 1/2 but i guess i lose that in the calulations

I will have to look up what my calorie intake should be to lose weight.
