Day 5-Not All Nuts Are Created Equal

Well I excersised yesterday morning and today i am taking a small break. Hy foot was hurting, but actualy it feals great today. I am short on time, so i will not list all that i ate. i had arround 1500 cal and 40g of fat. 1/4 cup of mixed nuts accounted for most of the fat i consumed yesterday. my next post will be more detailed. I was eating them for my afternoon snack and did not pay much attention to the fat content of them. In a small can of nuts there is a 12 servings at 15g of fat each. buy questimation there was about 5-6 1/4 servings in the can.
