Ah, Day 3 of running and all is fine. I am little sore but other then that, my ankle has not given me any problems. I told my brother Donovan i was running and he could not believe it. Aslo when i took abigail to the doctors, she noticed i had lost some weight. She told me the first 20 lbs are easy to lose but the next 20 "you have to work for"..Of Course i was left wondering...."What about the other 120 lb's i have to lose?" My goal is to get to 240 by my next birthday and then 180 or less by the one after that. I hope anyway. At least 240, i will be at the size where girls say "He is kind of big, but he sure is cute"..lol
I find myself want o snack on things in the afternoon/evening. Like right now, i could use a little something-something, i need find some stuff i can keep readly available that i can just grab and eat. Maybe i just beed to keep my chompers bizy. I also have been drinking Perrier. I know what you are thinking, "Gay" right?? I know Perrier has its' negative conotations but i love soda. I love the fizzyness of it. That all perrier is spring water that is force-carbonated. The only side effect is that it makes you burp.
Breakfast:
2 cups Rasin Bran (380 cal, 2g Fat)
1 cup 2% milk (130 cal, 5g Fat)
I have to say, i like rasin bran and it only has a handful of ingrediants and all of them i knew what they were. The 2% i have been drinking just becuase it is about to spoil and it is all we have at home.
Lunch
Chicken stirfry w/ vetables on white rice (About 500 cal, 8g fat)
The about information is a guestimation based on adding the idividual ingrediants.
Dinner
Healthy Choice, Samon on pasta and brochli (260 cal, 6g fat)
Rough Totals: 1300 cal/21g fat
And no i will not cut out all the fat, that would be very hard to do. With that being said, i do not understand why my body can not use the overwhelming supply of fat that it already has. I mean, Why eat out when all the food in the world is right there in the kitchen?

I know from doing exams on people that your wieght vaires through the day. Does anyone know when the best time to weigh yourself is?
