Well first leat me write down what i had to eat:
Breakfast:
1 Apple (55 cal)
1 Banana (72 cal)
6oz skim milk (60 cal)
I ate this arround 8:30am and i was suprised on how good the skim milk was. It iwas a the Food Lion brand skim milk and it was not that regualer blues skim milk you see and it tasted more like 1%. mmmm I am wondering if food lion is cheeint and putting there 1% milk in skim milk jugs. The banana was for potasium but then i found out it only gives 8% potatsium for a day which means i would habe to each 12 of them to meet my potasium needs...lol
Lunch
Tuna Salid Sanwhich (W/lettus + Tomatoe) (500 cal/21g fat)
1/2 Fruit salad (76 cal)
32oz Unsweat Ice Tea
lol you know if would have know that there was 21g of fat in the sandwich i would have chose a different one.
Dinner
One note on dinner, tonight was scouts and my wife cooked, so it was hot dogs
2 hotdogs w/bun (760 cal/34g fat)
6oz 2% milk (90 cal/3.6g fat
Total Fat: 58.6g
Calaries: 1581
That would mean (58.6g x 15cal/g = 879 cal) 879 of the 1581 was from fat.....That is 55% of my caloric intake was from fat..Well that will have to end emediatly. I will be eating mor raw vetables. I love raw vetables. I like broklie, tomatoes, colaflower, celerie, carrots and so on. Also i am goint to start packing my lunch.
Tommorow morning i will start running every morning maintainf my heart rate at 137~157, with starting out hard and easing up if need be.
