My first mile

Well, I ran my first mile. Actualy it was just over a mile. And now that is in the evening, my legs are bit sore and my ankle to. The ankle pain is nothing big, and does not feal to be skeletal in nature so i am givng myself the green light for tommorows run. I think i am going to maintain running 1 mile the walking the 1 ml back for a while. I want to use the run/walk thing to lose weight and when i get down i might cycle to maintain myself. Sitting on one of thses tiny, hard bike seats is like having a battering ram slowly inserted in your butt, not fun.lol

Well let look at what i ate

Breakfast:
None

I know that breakfast is the most inportant meal of the day but i was running late to meet robert, my firend, so i skiped eating breakfat, by the time we could eat it was 10:30.

Lunch:
Turkey Breast Sub w/mustard, lettus, tomatoe, jallopena (misspelled). bell pepper, onions (280 cal, 4.5g fat)
Baked Lays (110 cal, 1.5g fat)
32 oz Unsweet ice tea

Snack
1 apple (110 cal, .4g fat) <-------------does fruit have fat in it?
14 oz water melon (140 cal, .6g fat

Dinner
2 cups Rasin Bran (380 cal, 2g Fat)
1 cup 2% milk (130 cal, 5g Fat)

I am not a big cereal eater, but had to retreat to something i knew not to be terible for my body. My wife made mc donalds for dinner tonight..

So my totals are
Calories: 1150
Fat: 14g

mmmm, it looks as if i did not eat enough today and i need to work on my schedule for meal times.
